My organization is concerned about the ease with which television stations are able to get around the intent of recent children's television legislation. Violent cartoons, reruns of "Mr. Horse", and pre-teen soap operas like "School Daze" are being called educational to meet the new guidelines. We urge you to get tough on TV programmers and stiffen federal guidelines for the good of our children.
